Further submissions made by counsel for the complainants, Bank of America and also Reliance Industries Limited and Karvy Computershare Private Ltd. Mr.Reetesh Singh, learned counsel representing Reliance Industries Limited and Karvy Computershare Private Ltd. wants to make a statement so as to end the controversy. His statement separately recorded is enclosed. Mr. P.K. Aggarwal, learned counsel for the complainants and Mr.A.K.Sil, representing the Bank of America have perused the said statement and they accept the same on behalf of the respective parties. In view of the above, appeal no. 351/2007 is allowed and appeal no. 359/2007 is disposed of in terms of the settlement incorporated in the enclosed statement made by Mr.Reetesh Singh, counsel for Reliance Industries Limited and Karvy Computershare Private Ltd. The process of realization of the settlement shall be initiated by Reliance Industries within two weeks after striking off the names of the present registered share holders in respect of the 250 shares in physical form in questioned as mentioned in the record of the company and the same shall be accomplished within six weeks from today. Parties are left to bear their own costs. A joint report of the parties on compliance of this order shall be filed in this Commission within eight weeks. Copy of the order be given dasti to all the parties concerned.
