OP Nos. 1, 2 & 4 are represented by Ld. advocate. Complainant found absent. It is now 1.50 PM, on repeated calls neither thecomplainant nor Ld. advocate of the complainant found present.

Heard Ld. advocate of OP Nos. 1, 2 & 4. Perused the record. It reveals from the record that due to non appearance he was directed to file show cause on 19.04.2024 and next date was fixed on 10.05.2024 and today also fixed for filing show cause by the complainant but the complainant did not file show cause till today. Accordingly we are of the view that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with this matter furthermore. Hence, the instant Consumer Case being in No. 90/2022 is hereby dismissed for non prosecution.
