Received copy of order of GMS  dtd 19.08.2023 .

 On perusal of  said document we find that present case has disposed of before the Hon’ble  Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan  and following  order has passed.

”That the dispute is settled in view of aforesaid discussion.

OP no. 2 handed over two banker cheque in favour of the complainant and complainant received the same. Present case is dismissed against OP o. 1.Aforesaid settlement is made with OP no. 2.Present case is thus disposed. Returned the record.“

 In view of the aforesaid order present case is disposed off.
