            We have perused the order-sheet, wherein it is seen that since from the year 2020, the complainant did not appear before this Commission to address his arguments on admission in spite of several opportunities were provided to him. 

2.         On perusal of the complaint copy, it is seen that the complainant is a business organization and the matter pertains to Civil in nature and moreover the complainant being a business entity does not come under the definition of Consumer Protection Act.  Further, the complainant failed to address his arguments and thereby failed to show that whether the complaint filed by him is liable for admission or not.  Hence, the complaint filed by the complainant is liable to be dismissed at the stage of admission.    Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed at the stage of admission.
