The complainant files a petition for amendment of the complaint. Copy served.

Let the petition be treated as M.A No. 06/2019.

Heard both sides. Objection is raised by the Ld. Advocate/Agent of the O.P.

We find that amendment sought for is formal in nature and will not change the character of the case.

We further find that the original complaint was filed by the Complainant in Bengali, who is a lay man.

So, a liberal view is to be taken considering. Overall matter into consideration we find no impediment to allow the payer.  

            Hence,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the petition dated 21.12.2018 filed by the complainant for amendment of the complaint i.e. M.A No. 06/2019 is allowed. No cost.

            Thus the M.A is disposed of.

            To 30/01/2019 for filing Amended copy of the complaint by the complainant.
