Complainant files hazira through his Ld. Advocate and appear personally today and to submit a petition prayer for withdraw the instant case.

     Ld. Advocate on behalf of the O.P also files hazira.

     It appears that the complainant has prayed for withdrawal the instant case on the ground that the case is amicably settles between the parties. So, he does not want to proceed with the case further.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the prayer of the complainant is allowed.

Hence, It is;

     that the instant case be and the same is dropped on withdrawal. No costs.
