                   Shri S.S.Chauhan, respondent/complainant.

                  

                    Memo of appearance on behalf of respondent/complainant has been filed. Learned counsel for complainant stated at bar that the complainant has filed an appeal against the order passed by this Commission, which is pending adjudication.

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for OP/JD suffered her separate statement to the effect that the company is ready to compliance the order, passed by this Commission but complainant/DH has not transferred the registration certificate of the vehicle in question in the name of company till date. Whenever, the complainant will comply the order as per directions of this Commission, company will pay the awarded amount. However, the company will not liable to pay the interest upon the awarded amount. Therefore, he withdraws the present application U/s 25/27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

          In view of statement of learned counsel for JD/OP, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
