None for appellant is present. Its counsel Mr. Darekar is also absent. The record reflects that the appellant as well as its counsel were absent on last two dates. On last date Adv. Mr. S.M. Kasture appeared for the respondent and submitted that he would file his VP on next date but today Adv. Mr . Kasture filed pursis to that effect the respondent could not obtain no objection of previous counsel and showing his inability to appear and file VP. However, since the appellant remained absent, the appeal is dismissed for default. No order as to cost.
