Though, as per office report, the Respondents remain unserved but Respondent No.1, i.e. the Complainant, and Respondent No.2 are represented.

Having regard to the quantum of the amount(s) involved, i.e. ₹5,000/- as the principal amount; further ₹5,000/- as the compensation; and ₹7,500/- as the litigation costs, and bearing in mind the fact that both the Forums below have recorded a concurrent finding of fact, based on the original receipt produced by the Complainant, that he was forced to pay an additional amount of ₹5,000/- on 27.11.2013, I do not find it to be a fit case for exercise of Revisional Jurisdiction.      

Accordingly, the Revision Petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
