No stay order is filed but only today an information is filed that RP is filed . So considering that fact for non compliance of the Forums order and State Commissions order cognizance is taken and W/A along with sealing order is issued and O/C Hare Street to execute it at once by 27/01/2015 and report.

Later – Jdr personally appeared has deposited Rs. 8350/- part decreetal amount of the Dhr as per decree office to receive and disburse the same to the Dhr on proper receipt .

Jdr has also paid RS. 30,000/- as penalty as per judgement and same shall be deposited to the Forums account after deducting Rs. 2000/- which shall be paid to the Dhr as additional relief and deposit balance penalty amount to this Forum.

Hence, ordered that the Ex. Case be and same is disposed of on full satisfaction .
