ORDER

Munish Aggarwal vs. Balaji Security Service.

CC No. 277 of 2013.

 

Present: Sh. Anirud Garg, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

             

                        Today the case was fixed for filing of correct address of OPs No.1 & 2 being last opportunity but the complainant again failed to disclose or file the correct address of OPs No.1 & 2. The present complaint was filed on 11.4.2013 and since then complainant failed to get the service of OPs No.1 & 2 effected and further failed to file correct address. Summons were sent to the OPs No.1 & 2 on the given address 2-3 times but service could not be effected for want of correct address. From the perusal of interim orders it seems that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint in effective manner due to the reasons best known to him. Hence, we have no option except to dismiss the complaint of the complainant for want of prosecution. So, the same is hereby dismissed with no order as to costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
