On perusal of order sheet it has been seen on 2021 son of the complainant states that complainant was expired on 29/11/2019 and further he sought time to move appropriate application for bringing LR’s of deceased on record but thereafter neither they appeared nor filed application in this regard.Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the son of the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as the complaint has already been abated due to the death of the complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed accordingly.Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further. Therefore, the complaint is dismissedfor  non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
