Present:-     None for the complainant.

                   Case called several times since morning.  But none appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is now 2.50 p.m.  Case called again but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  On the last date of hearing also none was present on behalf of the complainant.

                   Since the filing of this case i.e. 28.08.2014 this case is being adjourned for notice to the opposite parties.  But notice to the opposite parties could not be issued for want of registered AD covers.  The complainant despite availing a number of opportunites has failed to file the registered cover for the notice to the opposite parties.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
