1.                 Today complainant got recorded his statement that the present matter has compromised with OP No.2 and in lieu of that, he has received Rs.1800/- and withdraws this complaint.

2.                 In view of the above statement, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copies of this order be sent to parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules.  File be consigned to the records, in due course.
