Present:     None for the DH.

 

                Case called several times since morning, but none appeared on behalf of decree-holder.  Sufficiently awaited.  It is already 3.30 P.M.  Today, the case is fixed for appearance of DH as well as appearance of counsel for the DH.  But none has appeared of DH, nor any counsel.  So, the present execution is adjourned sine-die.  File be consigned to record after due compliance.  However, DH can move application for restoration of the same.
