                   Parties have settled their dispute amicably. In view of the same Ops No.2 & 3 are ready to repair mobile set in question thoroughly within 15 days free of costs. Complainant is satisfied with the same. Statement of complainant and Id. Counsel for Ops No.2 & 3 recorded in this context. In view of the same, present  complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
