                   Case called several times since morning, but none appeared on behalf of OP No.2. Sufficiently awaited.  It is already 3.45 P.M.  No Intimation is received regarding the non-appearance of decree-holder and his counsel. Further wait is not justified. It seems that the decree-holder is not interested toi pursue the present execution petition. So, in such like circumstances, present execution petition stands dismissed in default. File be consigned to record room after due compliance .
