Present AR of OP.  OP has paid an amount of Rs. 31,000/- to the
complainant vide cheque no. 699898 dated 25.11.2016 Complainant
accepted the cheque.  Both the parties mutually decided the case and
no more dispute is left between the parties. As complainant has
received the said payment in full and final settlement of the
complaint hence the case is disposed of as  settled. Copy of this
order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law. File
be consigned to record room
