                    Shri Yash Vidyarthi, learned counsel for the appellant.

                    We find that inspite of repeated opportunities being granted to the appellant, the appellant failed to make pre-deposit as mandated under the Consumer Protection Act.

                    In the circumstances, the appeal is not maintainable and the same is dismissed.
