Today is fixed for effecting compromise between the parties in this case. Both parties are present along with their ld. Advocates and file haziras.
A joint petition is filed by the parties supported by affidavit stating the fact that parties had come to a settlement in terms of the petition and the OP agrees to replace the machine, the model number of which is HB4BXDLX with a new one as mentioned in the annexure filed with the compromise petition.
Heard both sides. The prayer of the parties is allowed. The Ops are directed to follow the terms and conditions of the compromise as stated in the petition and with this direction this complaint case is disposed of.
Hence, it is

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 123/2016 be and the same is disposed of on compromise between the parties and the compromise petition is also the part of this order.
