Today is fixed for S/R, Appearance and Payment.

Jdr. files Demand Draft amounting to Rs. 1,15,870/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy) only, in the name of Sukla Das, Dhr. No.1, bearing No. 546117, dated 18.09.2016, of State Bank of India, Commercial Branch, Siliguri.

Dhrs., Shukla Das & Biswajit Das appear personally with their lawyer and file a verified petition to withdraw the Demand Draft filed by the Jdr. today and pray for disposal of the execution application on full satisfaction. They also file their Voter ID Card along with photocopies and photocopies are examined and returned the original Voter ID Cards to the Dhrs.

Heard both sides. Perused the case record, Demand Draft, petition made by the Dhrs., considered and allowed.

Hence it is, ordered,  

That the above mentioned Demand Draft be handed over to the Dhr. through proper receipt and on proper identification by his Lawyer.

Thus the Execution Application being No. EA-09/2016 is finally disposed of on full satisfaction.
