ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed as against opposite party-2 only. The complainant is held entitled to Rs.6,900/- being the value of the goods booked with respondent-2 and Rs.1,400/- as compensation together with Rs.200/- towards the costs of this proceedings from the second respondent. Further the second respondnet shall pay the amount of Rs.8,500/- to the complainant inclusive of compensation and costs of this proceedings to the complainant apart from bearing his own costs of this proceedings within two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgement and order. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
