ORDER | ||||||
1. Vide his separate statement recorded on 06.10.2023, Sh.Navdeep Bajaj, Director of OP No.1 stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, the OP No.1 shall pay a lumpsum amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to the complainant through NEFT within a period of 15 days from today(06.10.2023) in full and final settlement of the present matter, failing which the OP No.1 shall be liable to pay the aforesaid amount alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of filing of present consumer complaint. Vide his separate statement recorded on 06.10.2023, Sh.Inderjit Kaushal, Advocate for Complainant admitted the aforesaid statement of Sh.Navdeep Bajaj, Director of OP No.1 and stated that against the remaining OPs, he does not press any claim. He has prayed that the complaint be disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement in Upbhokta Lok Adalat. 2. An application for withdrawal of complaint has been received from Sh.Inderjit Kaushal, Advocate for Complainant through the registry stating that as per settlement with OP No.1, payment of Rs.1,50,000/- has been credited in the account of complainant and complainant be permitted to withdraw the present complaint. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. 3. Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned |
