ORDER

 

An application has been filed jointly signed by the Complainant and Opposite Party No.1 on 26.11.2022, stating that the dispute between the parties has since been settled and an amount of Rs. 9,900/- (Nine thousand Nine hundred only) has to be paid by the OP No.1 to the complainant in full and final settlement of the claim. Complainant also provides copy of cancelled cheque to the OP for payment of settlement amount. As far as OP no.1 is concerned since they admitted that they received Rs 4,000/- as advance from the complainant and neither they return the bike nor the advance. Hence OP no.1 is directed to return Rs 4,000/- being admitted amount to the complainant with interest @ 6 % from the date of receipt till realization. Therefore the matter may be disposed off accordingly.

 Copy of this order be given Dasti.  File be consigned to the record room.
