Complainant absent.  No representation.  Opposite party 1 and 2 represented.  Complainant is continuously absent.  In spite of receipt of notice from this Commission, complainant did not appear before the Commission and not care to file affidavit and adduce  evidence in support of his case.  So many adjournments were given to the complainant to adduce evidence.  But he failed to adduce evidence.  Thus it can be seen from the conduct of the complainant that he is not interested to proceed with the complaint.  Hence complaint is dismissed for default.

Pronounced in the Open Commission on this the 22ndday of June, 2022
