2. Bajaj Finserv, SCO No.225, 2^nd floor, near Dominos, Sector-12, Karnal through its Branch Manager.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh.Bhagwat Parsad, counsel for the complainant.

                   Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OPs.

                                     

                   Today the case is fixed for compromise in Pre National Lok Adalat. Compromise effected.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the OPs has suffered his separate statement to effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and as per compromise he has received Rs.2300/- in cash on behalf of the OPs will issue NDC/NOC and also clear the CIBIL of the complainant within 30 days, qua the loan agreement in the present complaint.

                 On the other hand, complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs. He agrees to the statement given by the counsel for the OPs, so he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

       In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties will be bound by their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
