Present:      Ms.Rekha Devi Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh. Shekhar Kapoor Advocate for OP No.1 and 2.

                  

 

ORDER

                                          

                    The learned counsel for the OP no.1 and 2 has made statement that OP No.1 and 2 are ready to pay Rs.4000/- in cash as compensation to the complainant in this case.  We will issue NOC regarding both the loan accounts involved  this case within 30 days from today and there remains no other issue in this case between the parties regarding this case.

 

2.                Thereafter the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that she has received Rs.4000/- in cash as compensation from Sh. Shekhar Kapoor Adv. for the OP No.1 and 2, therefore, she does not want to proceed further with this case and withdraws the same. Op no.1 and 2 will issue NOC regarding both the loan accounts involved in this case within 30 days from today and there remains no issue between the parties regarding this case. Statements of both the sides have been reduced in writing separately.

 

 3.                     Heard. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as having been fully satisfied.  However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements.  The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
