                Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Present:   Complainant in person.

                   Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for OP.

 

                Complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the OP. As per compromise he has received Rs.3000/- from the counsel of OP. So, he does not want to purse with the present complaint and withdraw the same.

              In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File consigned to the record room after due compliance.
