               Sh.Munish Kohli, Adv.counsel for the decree holder suffered statement that as per the instructions of the decree holder, the decree holder has received the two cheques bearing No.202430 dated 16.12.2022 for an amount of Rs.5,31,107/- and cheque No.202436 dt.20.12.2022 for Rs.14409/- from the J.D.as full and final settlement towards her claim and she withdraw the present execution application. In view of the above statement, present execution application is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
