     Complaint was received through e-filing. The complaint was not drafted in proper procedure and no complete sets of the paper book annexed. The complainant was directed to submit the complaint alongwith complete documents as per requirement and procedure but today neither complainant has turned up nor compliance has been made. Hence, this complaint is filed. The complainant is left at liberty to file fresh complaint separately as per requirement and procedure, as permissible under the law.
