ORDER

                    The ld.Counsel for the complainant himself appended a note on the complaint with regard to withdrawal of the complaint on technical ground with liberty to file fresh complaint.  In this view of the matter, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, as per law.  

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
