Statement of Sh.Baljit Singh aged about 44 years son of Sh.Kharak Singh, resident of Village Bhai Bakhtour P.O.Misar Khana Distt.Bathinda on oath alongwith his counsel Sh.P.P.Nayyar,W.O. Stated that I have received a cheque No.020119 dt.26.10.09 of HDFC Bank,Bathinda amounting Rs.12,000/- as full and final settlement of claim and also received No Objection Certificate from opposite party No.1 through their counsel Sh.B.L.Sachdeva. I may be allow to withdraw the complaint u/s 27 of C.P.Act. RO&AC Member President, D.C.F. 26.10.09. 26.10.09 Present: Sh.Baljit Singh,complainant in person alongwith his counsel Sh.P.P.Nayyar.
