             Sh.Veenu Bhatia, Adv.counsel for the opposite party got recorded his statement that today, he has paid Rs.2000/- as compensation amount to the counsel for the complainant in cash and excess deducted amount from the account of the complainant i.e.Rs.1387/- will be refunded to the complainant by transferring to his account within 15 days from today. In view of the above statement, Ms.Tamana Gill, Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded her statement that she has heard the statement of the counsel for the opposite party and same is acceptable to me and that she has also received Rs.2000/- in cash as compensation from the counsel of the opposite party. As such, she does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room.
