Complainant is absent . last chance was given to the complainant for adducing his evidence on 22/08/2022 but he failed to adduce his evidence in this case which shows that complainant has lost his interest  in this case . On two privious dates complainant has not given his attendance also .  Hence the  case is dismissed due to continuos  absence of complainant at the admission stage it self.
