COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.             

 

Present:      Shri Hem Raj Wadhwa, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Shri Vikram Tiwari, Advocate for the OP No.1.

                   OP No.2 ex parte.

                  

                   Today the case is fixed for remaining arguments. However, the ld. counsel for the OP No.1 has got recorded his statement to the effect that in the present complaint as per the compromise, the OP No.1 will return both the Health and Life cover insurance amount i.e. Rs.3102/- + Rs.844/- respectively, total amounting Rs.3946/- to the complainant. He further submitted that after that, the insurance policies of the complainant will be finished and the complainant shall not claim any insurance related to those policies either from the OP or from the insurance company and the complainant shall deposit the remaining installments timely. Statement of the ld. counsel for the complainant also recorded to the effect that in view of statement of ld. counsel for the OP No.1, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraws the same and will deposit the remaining installments timely. So, in view of statement of the ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record, after due compliance.
