ORDER

     Rejoinder filed. Copy given.

     On the intervention of this Forum, the matter stands compromised between the parties. Both the parties wants to make their statements. Their statements have been recorded on the previous order sheet, in view of which OP No.1 has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.5100/- by way of draft to the complainant within a month from today i.e. 21.03.2018 and complainant has agreed with the same & withdraws the present complaint. Hence, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall be bound by their statements recorded today. In case such amount is not received by complainant from OP No.1, complainant is at liberty to move this Forum with a prayer for execution of the order.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
