ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                            JUDGMENT

            Complainant had purchased one Bajaj Pulsar Motor Cycle bearing Regd. No.OD-21-L-7123 for Rs.74,950/- on 21.8.2020, which was stolen on 17.02.2020 from Baramunda Bus Stand and FIR was lodged at Bhubaneswar P.S. bearing P.S. Case No.449/21 which was registered as C.T. Case No.7204/21 before SDJM, Bhubaneswar and final report has already been accepted.

            The insurance company has settled the claim and sanctioned Rs.50,193/- and the amount has been paid to financer (O.P.No.1). Complainant is absent. Counsel for opposite party No.1 stated that even after receipt of the insured amount the complainant has to pay Rs.201/- to the financer. No dues is pending against the opposite party No.2 as the claim has been settled by opposite party No.2.

            Keeping the interest of all concerned we direct the opposite party No.1 to waive the pending marginal amount of Rs.201/- and issue no due certificate in favour of complainant on receipt of a written application. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
