Sher Singh Vs. Bajaj Finance & Ors.

 

Present:       Shri Akhil Bhasin, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Shri Shekhar Kapoor, Advocate for the OPs No.1 & 2.

                   OP No.3 ex-parte.

                                               

File taken up today on an application for seeking permission to withdraw the present complaint. Learned counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2 has made a statement that he has received a sum of Rs.14,333/- towards three loan accounts of Sher Singh complainant. All the three loan accounts are settled and closed. No balance is due against the three loan accounts of the complainant. They will issue NOC and CIBIL Clearance Report within 30 days to the complainant.

Learned counsel for the complainant has also made a statement that in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for OPs No.1 & 2, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

 Heard. In view of the aforesaid statements, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
