ORDER BY HON’BLE MEMBER- MRS. M. SWAIN:

                                                                                              JUDGMENT

            Complainant purchased vehicle with finance amount of Rs.48,000/- and the tenure of agreement expires on 03.6.2023. As per statement of accounts of opposite parties from 01.01.2000 to 08.02.2024 it shows that Rs.23,041/- was pending which is Rs.5,518/- as penal charge and Rs.19,116/- as bounce charge.

            As complainant paid all his EMI the opposite parties shall deduct 2/3rd (66.66%) of penal charges and rest deposited by complainant with opposite parties and after receipt the opposite parties are directed issue NOC to the complainant within one month after compliance of aforesaid order. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.

            Pronounced in the open Commission on this 28th March,2024.
