Complainant absent. No representation. Opposite party 1 and 2 represented. Today case is posted for the appearance of the complainant and for the evidence- of the complainant. Since 11-10-2021 the complainant is absent from the proceedings of the complaint. When the case is came up for consideration today, it is noticed that the complainant was continuously absent and not adduce evidence so far, in spite of receipt of notice from this Commission. In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint. Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
