                   Today the case was fixed for filing of reply by complainant to application filed by opposite party No.5 for deletion of its name.  Perusal of file shows that on last three dates i.e. on 21.02.2024, 02.05.2024 and 11.07.2024; nobody has been appearing on behalf of complainant Position is none better even today as nobody has represented complainant. Record reveals that on 12.12.2023 Mr. Rohit Goswami, Advocate appeared on behalf of complainant; even his power of attorney is also on record. Today, when this Commission asked Mr. Rohit Goswami, who is present in the court about his status; he has pointed out that he is not in a position to locate and contact complainant. Instead, he has told that he is no more appearing for complainant.  From above, it appears that complainant is no more interested to pursue further with this present complaint in order to take it to its logical end. Hence, present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
