           Sh.Ashwani Kumar, complainant got recorded his statement that all the excess amount debited from my account is refunded to him by crediting to his account and today, he has received Rs.2500/- as litigation expenses/compensation from the counsel for the opposite party, so, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.  File be consigned to the record room.
