CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 162  OF  2016

ORDER

     The parties have settled the matter mutually. In this regard Separate statement of the counsel for the parties have been recorded which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh. Varun Sharma, Adv. for the OPs.

As per the settlement arrived between the parties, we are ready to  settle the dispute on payment of Rs.11,000/- which will be handed over to the counsel for the complainant within 15 days.

I have heard the statement of the counsel for the OP and  accept the same.”

          In view of the aforesaid statements of the counsel for the parties, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

          The parties shall remain bound by their statement.

          Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
