Complainant filed pursis  and stated that OP gave gold to complainant, which is mortgaged  with OP and complainant paid Rs. 18,000/- to OP in cash, now  there is no due against complainant OP will issue no due to complainant. The pursis signed by complainant and  his adv and OP and his adv..Complainant do not want to proceed matter further, hence order passed at Ex.1.The matter has been compromised out of court  as per pursis filed on record dt 13/1/2020,hence the matter is disposed of  as withdrawn.
