Complainant is absent without step. Today is fixed for evidence in chief by the complainant.

On a close perusal materials on record. It appears that since 16/01/2020 the dated is fixed for filing evidence-in-chief. But the complainant even after getting so many opportunities to file the evidence-in-chief failed to avail the same.

Such conduct of the complainant shows that he is highly reluctant to proceed with the case which cannot be indulged by this Commission.

            Hence,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the instant Case No. 95/2018 be and the same is dismissed for default.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
