          Parties file hazira. Complainant and O.p. no.1 file a joint petition praying for disposal of the case on the ground that they have amicably settled the dispute of the case and the O.p. no.2 has no role to play and the name of the O.p. no.2 be deleted from the cause title of the complaint. Perused the petition and the case record. Heard both sides. Considered.

          Complainant in person is present and he submits that he has no grievance against the O.p. no.2 and the name of O.p. no.2 be deleted from the cause-title of the petition of complaint. Complainant further submits that out of the court, he has amicably settled the dispute of the case with the O.p. no.1 and therefore he does not want to proceed further with this case. In view of such submission, it is,

that the name of O.p. no.2 be deleted from the cause-title of the petition of complaint and in terms of the joint compromise petition dated 09/01/2020 filed by the complainant and the O.p. no.1 the present complaint case no.110/2019 stands dropped on compromise.
