ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission. 

     Counsels for the parties stated that the parties have settled the matter in the sum of Rs.7000/-. Application for withdrawal of the present consumer complaint received through e-mail from the counsel for complainant stating that the OP approached the complainant and settled the matter with him and hence the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint. Contents of the application confirmed from counsel for the complainant through virtual hearing. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been settled.

      Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
