ORDER

     Complainant wants to make statement. Recorded separately and placed on the file. Per statement, the matter has been settled between the parties and complainant has received payment of Rs.10,000/- from Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for OP towards full and final settlement of the claim in the present consumer complaint. In view of the statement made by the complainant alongwith his counsel, which shall form a part of this order, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, having been settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
