2. Ekta Automobiles, opposite Shyam Nagar, G.T. Road, Karnal through its authorized signatory.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 as amended upto date.

Present:  Shri Naresh Kumar, counsel for complainant.

                Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for OP no.1.

 

                Today the case was fixed for filing written version and power of attorney on behalf of OP no.1 and for issaucne of notice to OP no.2.

                At the stage, learned counsel for OP no.1 suffered a separate statement that OP no.1 is ready to issue the No Objection Certificate (NOC) within 30 days as per the joint memo dated 30.09l.2021.

                On the other hand, learned counsel for complainant suffered a statement that as per statement given by OP no.1, he is agree with the same and withdraw the present complaint and reserve his right to file claim complaint against OP no.2.

                  In view of statement of learned counsel for both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Complainant is at liberty to file the complaint against the OP no.2. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
