Today Statement of S.Jasbir Singh, Complainant in person recorded that the matter has been compromised with the Opposite Parties and the OPs have given “No Dues Certificate” to the Complainant, so the complainant does not want to proceed further the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by the complainant in person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
